Burners C I B Unigas Low NOx Class 3 NOVANTA Low NOx RX92R RX92 is a Class 2 gas burner designed for use with natural gas (NG). It is suitable for industrial applications that require high heat output. The burner is made from high-quality materials for durability and long-lasting performance. It comes with an electronic control system for easy, safe, and precise operation. This burner also features Low NOx technology to reduce air pollution.
The NOVANTA-CINQUECENTO series is designed for industrial boilers up to 2450 kW, and represent the best evolution in the technology development for the nitric oxide low emissions (<80 mg/kWh).
This series is designed for either mechanical or electronic combustion control with or without inverter, with or without oxygen trim control. It assures reliability and efficiency. The electronic version preforms communication via BUS. Thanks to the balanced air/gas ratio distribution, the extreme flexibility of the new combustion head allows a homogeneous flame along the combustion chamber axis to form.
The burner is made of die-casting aluminium body on which all mechanical and electronic regulating components are mounted. The synoptic control panel shows the operating stages. The new air inlet system with built-in silencer ensures the lowest noise levels.
