Guide Rail Fitting System TSURUMI

Guide rail fitting system connects the pump to and from the piping easily just by lowering and hoisting the pump, allowing easy maintenance and inspection without the need to enter the sump.

Type of Guide Rail Fitting System

TOS/TO

TOS/TO is the guide rail fitting system, made of cast iron and is compatible with cast iron pumps. TOS is suitable for pump with discharge bore size 50-150mm. But TO is suitable for pump with discharge bore size 200-800mm.

TS

TS is the guide rail fitting system, appropriate for prefabricated lift station.  It is applied for most flange standard, including ANSI 150lb, BS PN10 and DIN PN 10. TS is suitable for pump with discharge bore size 50-100mm.

TOK

TOK is the guide rail fitting system, made of resin and appropriate for small and lightweight pumps. When the pump is operated, the thrust of the water flow causes the sleeve portion of the rubber sleeve to just out to the duck-foot bend.
