The Olympia LT Series flame sprayer is a direct ignition type, which ignites the flame directly from the spark plug, creating a fire contact with the release of diesel fuel in the main fuel pipe. This reduces the ignition time of the flame sprayer, and the operation is carried out in the following steps:

1. The motor operates to rotate the fan blades to ventilate the air and drain the oil trapped in the cylinder head.
2. When the motor operates, the rotor of the gear pump rotates with the motor, supplying diesel fuel to the fuel injection head.
3. The solenoid valve opens to allow fuel to flow in to prepare for ignition.
4. The spark plug works to create a spark, passing through the spark gap.
5. Once the flame is ignited, the photocell detects the operation by measuring the light from the flame, sending a signal to the control box that the flame sprayer has completed the process.
